We ship the Washed Babe Cap worldwide. Here's what to expect.
1. Cost
Shipping is a $12 worldwide flat rate, added at checkout. No hidden fees.
2. Processing time
Orders are processed within 7 business days of payment. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, with a tracking number when available.
3. Delivery estimates
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days worldwide. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to carrier issues, customs processing, or seasonal volume.
4. Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If you don't see it after 5 business days, check your spam folder or email us.
5. Customs & duties
Orders ship from China. Deliveries may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the order or shipping total.
6. Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — we can sometimes update the address before the order ships.
7. Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows no movement for over 14 days, or the package arrives damaged, contact us at hello@babesnet.xyz. We'll work with you and the carrier to resolve it.
8. Refused or undeliverable packages
If a package is refused or returned to us as undeliverable, we'll refund the order minus the original shipping cost and the cost of return shipping charged to us by the carrier.
