These Terms govern your use of shop.babesnet.xyz and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
This shop is operated by UPFLOW - F.Z.E (trading as Babes net), a Free Zone Establishment registered in the United Arab Emirates under license number 39373, with its registered office at B.C. 1305489, Ajman Free Zone C1 Building, Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates.
2. Orders & pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and include applicable VAT where required. Shipping is added at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if an item is mispriced, unavailable, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, you will be refunded in full.
3. Pre-order
The Washed Babe Cap is currently sold as a pre-order. By placing an order, you agree that your card is charged at the time of purchase and that the product will ship once production is complete (see the Shipping Policy for expected timing).
If production has not begun by 15 July 2026, all outstanding pre-orders will be refunded in full automatically. You don't need to request the refund — it will be issued back to the original payment method.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total order amount. We do not store full card details.
5. Discount codes
Discount codes are non-transferable, cannot be combined with other offers, and may be revoked at any time. Discounted orders are subject to the same return policy as full-price orders unless explicitly stated.

8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — logo, product photography, copy, and design — is owned by BABES or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it commercially without our written consent.
9. Limitation of liability
We do our best to ensure information on this site is accurate, but we make no warranties — express or implied — beyond those required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the Ajman Free Zone, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of Ajman, UAE.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
